FULL REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in every piece you wear.
If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges and returns under the conditions below.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive your return, your exchange will be processed and a replacement item will be shipped.
Returns (Refunds & Store Credit)
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or used items
- Items returned outside of the 14-day window
